• Wrong wires connections. Please connect wires following the instructions. And make sure DC power between 9V to 36V.
• Fuse on power cables burnt. Please change burnt fuse.
• Make sure the ACC line connected to engine or ignition. Device will start only ACC line is triggered.

• Wrong parameters settings for server like IP and port or domain. Please re-configure server settings according to the user manual.
• No balance on sim card.
• Error on APN settings. Double check the APN settings.
