FAQ

device not started.

• Wrong wires connections. Please connect wires following the instructions. And make sure DC power is between 9V to 36V.
• Fuse on power cables burnt. Please change burnt fuse.
• Make sure the ACC line connected to engine or ignition. The device will start only ACC line is triggered.

device can’t be connected to server.

• Wrong parameter settings for server like IP and port or domain. Please reconfigure server settings according to the user manual.
• No balance on SIM card.
• Error on APN settings. Double-check the APN settings.
• Sim card has bad contact to sim card holder. Please reload the SIM card.

device not located.

• Device is in underground parking lot or tunnel. Please leave underground parking lot or tunnel.
• Always show trying to get GPS fix. Please connect the GPS antenna firmly. and change the antenna position, let gps antenna more visible to sky.
