● Besides the caps sensor, does it support other types of TPMS sensors?
Yes. If you need other types of sensors from our store, please get in touch with us for customization service.
● How many sensors does it support?
34 sensors simultaneously.
● How long can the battery inside the sensor work?
4 years or so.
● How frequently does the sensor transmit data out?
If not installed on tire, sensor transmits data every 10 minutes. If installed on tire, sensor transmits data every 3 minutes. If a pressure or temperature alert happens, it transmits data immediately.
● How frequently does the sensor detect tire pressure and temperature?
It detects every 3 seconds.
● Why does the TPMS display usually go black?
TPMS display is of tremble sensor inside. If no trembles long time, it would think the vehicle is in parking status, and it would go to sleep mode to save power.
● How much is the change in pressure would trigger the pressure alert?
0.3bar at least.
● Is the battery replaceable in the sensor?
Yes. You can buy CR2302 cell battery to change yourself.
● Besides the cap sensors, does it support other types of sensors?
Yes. Besides the cap sensors, it also supports internal sensors, banded sensors, airflow-through sensors, large bore cap sensors. The Standard sensor here is the cap sensor: TS06. If you need other types to suit your needs, please contact us.
● How do I replace a defective sensor and bind a new sensor to the display?
We will offer you configuration software. You can couple the tire ID with the sensor ID on the configuration software.
● If my truck has 12 tires or more?
The standard version is for 6tires. And if you need 12 tires or more, please contact us for support.
● Is the signal repeater necessary?
If the vehicle has 6 tires, you don’t need to use a signal repeater. If the vehicle is longer than 7 meters, we strongly recommend to equipe with a repeater.
